It is always wise to drink plenty of water. The more water you drink, the plumper your veins become and the easier it’ll be to locate your veins to administer your IV for the best results. Be sure to bring a good book or headphones with you as you sit and relax and enjoy the treatment. It's a good idea to eat something light before you come in.
what should I do to prepare?
Side effects rarely happen if at all. If they do they are usually minor and short lived. Bruising or bleeding at IV site, warming or cooling sensation in arm, chest or stomach, tasting the vitamins or having vitamin smell in your urine. Our licensed staff are trained to manage all side effects that may occur.

how often do i need treatments?
This depends on each individual’s needs and treatments preferred. Some of the treatments are a quick fix and are only needed when the ailment is active ie: migraines, a cold or have depleted energy. We suggest speaking to the Nurse Practitioner on site for what would be best for you and your needs.
CAN I RECEIVE IV THERAPY WHILE TAKING OTHER MEDICATIONS?
There are a few medications that can interact with IV therapy. Our NP on staff will conduct a thorough client history to ensure the drip of your choice is not only safe for you but effective and not interacting with your current medication regimen.
